"Surviving instead of Living"
Frustrated and overwhelmed she starts unloading her story and annoyance: her mother always keeps on telling her what to do, her partner is not hearing her, her job is just draining and not fulfilling anymore and her kids are getting on her nerves. She feels life is happening to her, she is surviving instead of thriving - and she's feeling extra guilty because she knows she should be grateful with all this beauty in her life: her wonderful family, a good job and her parents still alive... why then can she not find this inner peace and happiness??
In our sessions we focus on what is her unique way of operating in this world, and how she can start experimenting with taking decisions from her inner knowing instead of her head, or worse, taking her cue from external sources like her partner or boss. From her current state we also derive a list of unhelpful beliefs and emotions, that we start tackling one by one over the next weeks.
Every week she is surprised at her progress and how she feels - it's like magic! And I see her face light up more and more, until she says: "I feel so light, it's amazing! I had no idea I could feel this way again, and it's so contagious and exhilarating - thank you!"
